Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Suffern, NY, for a Physician Liaison/Regional Director of Provider Relations (Westchester/Rockland) at Marpa Minds. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, introducing SPRAVATO treatment options to physicians and mental health practices, educating partners and staff about our services, and managing ongoing communication with referring professionals. The role also involves implementing outreach strategies, organizing training sessions, and promoting the benefits of collaboration with Marpa Minds to drive provider referrals and patient care excellence.

• Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills to establish and maintain trust with healthcare providers and referral partners
• Experience in Working with Physicians and understanding the needs of mental health professionals
• Sales and Training skills to effectively promote services and guide partners through the referral process
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy
• Ability to thrive in an on-site setting with local travel
• Previous experience in provider relations, healthcare sales, or mental health

. Strong professional network or experience within the Westchester/Rockland medical landscape.

• Ability to engage at the MD/Clinical Director level with credibility.
• Proven track record of turning cold professional introductions into consistent referral streams.
